We had done newborn photography with Sarah and it was such a great experience. She was very patient and professional during our session; she allowed time for feeding, changing baby and we were able to bring our own props to include.

Our babies photos turned out super adorable and Sarah got the pictures back to us very quickly.

Overall it was an awesome experience and we would definitely book with her again.

Family & Couples

Let's get together and have fun! Capturing your family as they are is important. A short questionnaire prior to our session will give me the opportunity to learn more about who you are as a family and help prepare for a successful shoot. I include a combination of posed and movement shots. If you have young kiddos, I let them take the lead because trying to control a 2 year old is never fun for anyone and giving them the flexibility to have fun and be themselves will result in genuine smiles.

Newborn

Book a date up to 6 months in advance and do not worry if your little one comes early or late. I've got you covered! I leave room to move the date so that we are sure to capture some beautiful memories of this special time with your new bundle of joy within 2 weeks after birth.

Graduation

You worked hard to get here and now is your time to shine. Book solo or pool in together and share the images with a group of friends and capture those strong friendships that you made in the first chapter of your life.

Baby Milestones & Cake Smashes

These moments are gone just like that. Do not miss the opportunity to capture their cute little personalities. Spaghetti, donuts or the classic cake smash. Feel free to let me know if you have your own ideas. I welcome them all. I love trying new ideas and I also love the classic cake smoosh equally as much. Every child is different but I can share a tried and true list of ways to prepare for a successful session.

Headshots and Portraits

We capture a lot of poses, angles and variations. You pick your favourite images and I fully edit them to make you look like your best you. The lighting I use is super flattering to begin with and meticulous hand editing of these images will leave you proud to post on social media, websites and print for friends and family.

In The Box / Themed Sessions

These sessions are held throughout the year at certain intervals. They include but are not limited to Valentines Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Fall, Christmas. They are sometimes held as mini sessions (follow me at Sarah Jody Photography on Facebook to stay informed of all promotions, offers and mini session dates). Upon request, we can work together to create a customized session just for you too!
